NetSuite Support Arrangements

Ongoing NetSuite support is often overlooked by organisations, but it plays a pivotal role in the long-term success of your NetSuite instance. It is particularly valuable as employees join or leave, or when new features have been implemented and users are still adapting to the new changes.

There is no long-term commitment required for our Support agreements. A retainer is not necessary, and you are only charged for the work that is carried out, giving you flexibility to access support as and when required.

Administrative Tasks

Basic administrative tasks such as adding or removing user access, modifying forms and dashboards, and enabling specific system settings

Ad-Hoc Consultancy Requests

Requests for small pieces of configuration or modifications to customisations which do not require formal scoping or documentation

Urgent Support Requests

Support for issues where key NetSuite functionality stops working and disrupts daily business processing. Response times for urgent requests can be defined in our work agreement

Integration Support

Covers the management and troubleshooting of integrations between NetSuite and external systems. It includes resolving data flow issues, fixing sync errors and monitoring perforamnce

Onboarding New Users

Support and training for new employees, even if they have prior NetSuite experience, is paramount. NetSuite is configured specifically for your organisation so all users benefit from this onboarding process

Support for NetSuite Updates

Occasionally, NetSuite updates can directly impact your instance and may require adjustments to existing configuration. Support will be provided via analysis of the changes required, as well as respective configuration changes
