About

With 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, I began my career through the Oracle NetSuite Graduate Scheme before shifting into freelancing.

Over the years, I’ve delivered successful ERP projects across a variety of industries. My approach is client-focused, ensuring every solution is customised for scalability and efficiency.

I’m passionate about helping businesses unlock the full potential of their ERP systems, providing dependable guidance and ongoing support for long-term stability.

I am fully NetSuite ERP certified and am currently pursuing the SuiteCloud Developer certification to further expand my technical expertise.

FAQs

No – I work independently as a freelance consultant. If you’re specifically looking to engage with a solutions provider, I’d be happy to connect you with one from my network.

I am to resolve urgent support requests within 24 hours, but often this is achieved sooner. My availability for critical issues can be defined clearly in our work agreement so expectations are transparent on both sides. Generally, my work hours are 9am to 7pm from Mondays to Fridays and often for a few hours on weekends.

The majority of my work is carried out remotely. However, if you require on-site services such as training sessions or workshops, this can be arranged and discussed based on your needs. I am located in London, UK.

This depends largely on your organisation’s size and the complexity of your NetSuite instance. In many instances, ad-hoc support combined with targeted training is sufficient to cover ongoing needs without the expense of a dedicated full-time resource.

Absolutely! I am more than happy to integrate in your current team and collaborate closely to ensure success.
