Do you feel like your NetSuite instance is running slowly, especially on particular pages or in particular scenarios? You don’t need a consultant or developer to troubleshoot this. Double-click the Oracle NetSuite logo in the top-left corner of any page whilst logged into NetSuite

A small popup will appear showing the Performance Details. It breaks down the load time into:

Server
How long NetSuite took to process the data. If this is high, it’s likely a customisation is not optimised on the page

Network
Your internet speed/latency. If this is high, you may want to test your internet speed and stability

Client
How long your browser took to render the page. If this is high, it’s likely your dashboard has a large number of portlets which are taking a long time to propagate
